As we come up on the last full Moon of the Mars retrograde period, some resolution is in sight, but not before 3 more weeks of reviewing, revamping and reshaping the ways in which we get our needs met. It's time. All those ways of getting your way, they haven't really worked out have they? This is generally the result of not enough information. The only way new information can rise up from the inner depths is by slowing down long enough to receive it.
Spasms of impatience and that fierce need to get to the next moment, clogs the pipeline. The sweet music of life is run over by noise. At the times when you are most ferocious, stop. Give the silence more than a count to 10. This will bring in the redirection of Mars energy in March to a harmonious space in which energy can move freely, the way it was designed to.

Moon void, all day
Many of you will notice tomorrow that the things you bought today are not what you wanted, won't suit the purpose, or are in one of the many thousand possible ways, flawed. If you make a decision today, plan to have it fall apart by tonight, and have to be made again tomorrow.
Today is a day in which you are best served by just being with whatever is there now and not trying to make changes. There is still more information coming.

A life pointed toward creativity, lived in order and peace seems like a silly idea in February. If it were warm enough, I'd lie on the ground and stare up at the pure February sky, instead I'm wondering is it warm enough to do a dump run?
As the Moon makes a conjunction to Pluto today,, in the next couple of hours, in fact, I'm using it to clean the decks, go tot he dump, make way for the next, if not the new.
Several in my extended group are awaiting death, which is a very long way from me wondering if I have cancer. That's one hell of a journey we all have waiting for us, whatever the vehicle, whatever the route, we're all headed for the same destination, and at that doorway, there will, I'm thinking be some kind of midwife. Taxi driver? Cop? Properly trained professional or just a true friend to hold the space?
Well.
I'm not in a hurry to find out, but as the Moon conjuncts Pluto, these are the kinds of thoughts that arise.

Every winter I realize that February is the high point. To many people it just means Groundhog Day [or as Ingrid calls it, Warthog Day] cold sun & 6 more weeks of winter. I look forward to the pure clean light of February, just as much as I feel like I'm white knuckling my way through March. This is the month of winter when bundling up to go out with paint, or a camera is like bathing in renewal. Imbolc, Candlemas or whatever you call it in whatever tradition you honor, is the point of the year when hope is restored. This year, it occurs with a retrograde Mars. This last Full Moon included Mars. The Moon was Perigee [closest point to earth] and Mars, in his retrograde phase is also. This gives us an undistilled experience of re-evaluating where our search has led us, and a chance to change our approach. How we get our needs met is a very old path. The journey is improved by fearless introspection.
